Can I reliably send urgent embassy visa forms via mobile fax? Any suggestions?

Hi guys! I need to submit an additional signed document for my visa application to a consulate that only accepts fax transmissions. I'm currently traveling without access to a business center or desktop scanner. Are mobile faxing applications dependable for strict deadlines? Appreciate any trusted app suggestions!
