Description
Most APQP courses explain the five phases with slides and definitions. This one is different: you follow one real part, an aluminum EV inverter housing, from the customer's request for quotation all the way to an approved PPAP and the first customer complaint.

In 14 short, animated lectures you will build every APQP document for that part, step by step, and see how they connect into one chain

Read an RFQ like a supplier, check capacity with OEE and sign a team feasibility commitment

Run a DFM review with seven practical design tips for die castings

Build a design FMEA and a process FMEA with AIAG-VDA action priority

Draw a process flow diagram and write a control plan the shop floor can actually use

Run a gauge R&R study and find out why the first result was 34%

Build X-bar and R charts and take a process from Cpk 1.33 to 1.9

Plan T0, T1 and run at rate trials, then prepare a level 3 PPAP with all 18 elements

Solve a leak complaint with 8D and turn it into lessons learned
